Xiangtan Steel is committed to efficient production scheduling and reliable delivery to meet diverse project requirements. Our standard delivery lead times are within 10 days for construction steel products, 30 days for industrial wire rods and bars, and 35 days for steel plate products. Steel plates requiring heat treatment have a delivery lead time of up to 45 days. All delivery lead times are calculated based on the factory dispatch date, ensuring clear delivery expectations and supporting customers in planning their projects efficiently.
Xiangtan Steel provides comprehensive logistics and transportation services by rail, road, and waterway to ensure efficient and reliable product delivery. For waterway transportation, shipments reach destinations along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River within 12 days after vessel loading, while deliveries to upstream destinations and inland waterways connected to the Yangtze River take approximately 14 days. We also offer truck delivery services, with goods ready for dispatch loaded and shipped within 8 hours.
After production, products will undergo quality inspection. Shipment can only be arranged once the products pass inspection. Xiangtan Steel is surrounded by rivers on three sides. Goods are directly loaded onto barges at the factory wharf and transported to seaports. It takes approximately 20 days from passing inspection, barge loading to arrival at the seaport.

Once the products are loaded onto barges and dispatched, the electronic Material Test Certificate (MTC) can be generated directly from our system and promptly provided to customers.
